Excellent service from Seniorsphone.com.au. The phone came with a charge plug adapter that did not fit the power point properly (was loose/wobbly) so I use a charging unit from my mobile phone. Needs an old-fashion bell-type ringtone option that older people can recognise, not just musical tunes that are hard to distinguish over tv or normal background noise. Otherwise am very happy mum has a phone she can use easily.
